During your visit, we’ll discuss:
Your medical, surgical, and family history. We will review your medication list, your lab results if any are available, your goals, motivations, and barriers.
If in person we will perform a baseline metabolic profile to assess your metabolic rate and do a baseline body scan.
We will discuss if weight loss medications are a right fit for you.
We will introduce you to our 3- or 6-month comprehensive weight loss program tailored to your individual needs.
If metabolic testing is done, we will discuss your metabolic results within a week and formulate a plan that works with your lifestyle. This will be followed by a tele visit to discuss your plan and address any concerns or needs.
Book NowOzempic/Wegowy (Semaglutide) for Weight Loss
Ozempic®/Wegowy (semaglutide) is a GLP1 medication that works by mimicking a natural hormone in your body that signals fullness, helping you eat less and feel satisfied longer. It slows digestion and helps balance blood sugar by supporting healthy insulin release. This combination reduces cravings, lowers calorie intake, and promotes steady, sustainable weight loss. When used with a healthy diet and exercise, GLP-1 medications can be a powerful tool for long-term weight management and improved overall health.
Munajaro/Zepbound (Tirzepatide) for Weight Loss
Munajaro/Zepbound (Tirzepatide) is another medication that supports effective and sustainable weight loss. It works by activating two natural hormones—GLP-1 and GIP—that help regulate appetite, control blood sugar, and improve metabolism. By helping you feel fuller longer and reducing cravings, this medicine can make it easier to eat less and lose weight steadily. When combined with a healthy diet and regular physical activity, many people experience significant results. Tirzepatide is FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes and increasingly used for weight management.
Follow up appointments will occur monthly and are designed to build upon one another, ensuring steady progress and maximizing results over time.
Between scheduled visits, our team is available through the patient portal, making it easy for you to communicate directly with us to address any questions or concerns.
At the end of the plan if desired we will use our body scan results to measure the changes achieved.
